a second corporate headquarters at the Innsbrook Corporate Center.
DJG Investigative Services is now licensed to operate in four states, North Carolina, South Carolina,

DJG INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES PLAYS INTEGRAL
PART IN ARREST OF SUSPECT IN WORKER'S COMPENSATION FRAUD
On 5/8/2006, DJG Investigative Services partnered with North Carolina Department of Insurance law enforcement agents
in making an arrest of a suspect in a worker's compensation fraud case. The arrest was
made in the firm's home city of Charlotte, North Carolina. After reviewing covert surveillance video obtained
by DJG Investigative Services of the suspect working while collecting worker's compensation payments from a Raleigh
based insurance company, the Charlotte Mecklenburg District Attorney agreed to prosecute.
During trial the suspect plead guilty after video surveillance and other evidence was presented to the judge implicating the suspect committing the act of insurance fraud by working and making money while at the same time collecting benefits from the insurance company. The suspect had filed an affidavit with the insurance company indicating that he was not working nor making any money. The suspect’s personal injury attorney who was representing him prior to his arrest was also investigated for aiding and abetting the suspect after being notified that his client was in fact arrested on insurance fraud charges yet continued to pursue the insurance company for money until threat of arrest at which time he removed himself from the case.  |

PRESIDENT OF DJG INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES
ASKED TO SPEAK AT NCICIE CONFERENCE ON RECENT INSURANCE FRAUD INVESTIGATION AND ARREST
President/CEO Dwayne Green, at special request, was invited to speak to the attendees of the North Carolina Insurance Crime Information Exchange Banquet regarding DJG Investigative Services' recent partnership with the NC Department Of Insurance Law Enforcement Division in a successful joint effort which resulted in the arrest of several insurance claimants for fraud. The suspects were captured on video surveillance, obatined by investigators of DJG Investigative Services, committing various acts of insurance fraud. Mr, Green was also recognized and thanked by the DOI for his firm's efforts in the ongoing fight against insurance fraud and the continued partnership between the DOI and DJG. May 30, 2009 DJG Investigative Services Inc approved by the NC Dept of Insurance as a CEU Provider for Insurance
Adjusters. In
May of 2009 DJG Investigative Services was approved as a CEU provider for licensed Worker Compensation Adjusters in NC. The
class will enable adjusters to acheive a better undertsanding of Workers Compensation Fraud and how it relates to there
job, there SIU units and promote a better understanding of the role of Private Investigators in detection of this
type of fraud.
